The FL Series utilizes a vertical fluidization process to achieve high-precision granulation:
- Fluidized Mixing: The raw powder is loaded into the granulating container. Hot air enters from the bottom, lifting the powder into a stable "boiling" (fluidized) state.
- Binder Spraying: A binder solution is atomized through a precision multi-fluid nozzle and sprayed from the top onto the moving powder. The liquid bridges aggregate the fine particles into larger, uniform granules.
- In-Situ Drying: The hot air continuously evaporates the moisture during the spraying process. Once granulation is complete, the machine enters a final drying phase until the target moisture content is reached.
- Final Product: The resulting granules are spherical, dry, and ready for immediate downstream processing.
