Product Introduction
The WZG horizontal vacuum vibration dryer utilizes advanced vibration technology to drive particle flow, offering superior drying performance across a wide range of applications. When equipped with media such as balls, this system achieves capabilities beyond traditional dryers, including crushing, slurry drying, and evaporation functions.
The system features efficient organic solvent recovery, contains no internal mechanical or rotating components, and offers simple construction with easy cleaning access. This design ensures full compliance with hygiene standards and facilitates convenient product switching while meeting GMP requirements.

Working Principle
This dryer consists of a material drying chamber and mechanical exciter. The exciter generates mechanical force and moment to drive synchronized chamber movement, creating secondary ballistic fluidization that maintains materials in a suspended state under vacuum conditions.
The mechanical excitation produces chamber vibration at 900-1800 UPM with 15-35 mm amplitude, increasing material interlayer gaps. Heat exchange occurs through the jacket's thermal medium, continuously raising material temperature. Water molecules and solvents rapidly vaporize and separate, then extract under vacuum to achieve drying.
With materials in fluidized suspension, the jacket thermal medium operates intermittently or continuously, delivering an average heat transfer coefficient of 310-620 KJ/(m*°C).

Application Scope
