- Material Loading: Wet material (paste, slurry, or powder) is loaded into the horizontal cylindrical vessel through the top inlet.

- Agitation & Circulation: The rotating rake agitator with scraper blades continuously moves material along the heated surfaces, preventing adhesion and creating a circulating flow pattern.
- Vacuum Evaporation: Under high vacuum conditions (-0.09 to -0.096 MPa), moisture evaporates at lower temperatures, protecting heat-sensitive materials.
- Vapor Extraction: Water vapor and solvent vapors are continuously extracted by the vacuum pump system.
- Solvent Recovery: Organic solvents can be condensed and recovered through an external condensation system.
- Discharge: Dried material is discharged through the bottom outlet valve once the target moisture content is achieved.
