High Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer for Battery Materials
Designed for small production runs, the LPG-50 offers a maximum water evaporation capacity of 50 kg/h. It features a mechanical drive atomizer running at 18,000 r.p.m equipped with a 120 mm spray disk. The system utilizes a flexible Steam + Electric, Fuel, Gas, or Hot Air Stove heat source configuration, with a maximum electric power requirement of 72 kW. The physical footprint is 3.5m L × 3.5m W × 4.8m H. It provides stable drying performance with auto-controlled inlet temperatures (140-350°C) and guarantees a powder recovery rate of ≥95%.
Working Principle
The system operates by filtering and heating air that enters through the air distributor at the top of the dryer. Feed liquid is processed through a high-speed centrifugal atomizer located at the top of the tower body, where it rotates and sprays into extremely fine mist-like liquid beads. These droplets contact parallel hot air flow and are dried into finished products within seconds. The finished product continuously outputs from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator, while exhaust gas is discharged by the fan system.
