Product Description:
The LPG-25 serves as an efficient pilot-scale solution with a maximum water evaporation capacity of 25 kg/h. It transitions to a mechanical drive mode for the atomizer, operating at 18,000 r.p.m with a 120 mm spray disk. This model supports a hybrid Steam + Electric heat source configuration, consuming a maximum of 36 kW of electric power. The unit dimensions are 3m L × 2.7m W × 4.26m H. Suitable for process validation, it maintains precise auto-controlled inlet temperatures (140-350°C) and delivers a consistent dry powder recovery rate of ≥95%.
Working Principle
Air undergoes filtration and heating before entering the air distributor at the dryer's top. The heated air flows uniformly into the drying chamber in a spiral pattern. Feed liquid passes through a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the tower top, where it is sprayed into extremely fine mist-like droplets. These droplets contact the parallel hot air flow and are dried into finished products within seconds. Finished products continuously discharge from the drying tower bottom and cyclone separator, while exhaust gases are expelled by a fan.
